The Compression Tester is a test equipment specifically designed to evaluate the resistance of packaged materials and products to compression forces. It provides the necessary information for packaging characterization and design to face with these hazards.

Why to choose our Compression Tester?

The Compression Tester allows you to carry out your own tests as well as to comply with the international standards of ASTM, ISTA, MIL and ISO, such as ISO 8611, since it can include the necessary accessories to carry out this test.

To carry out the tests, the sample is placed on the base of the Compression Tester and the compression plate is moved until it contacts the sample, applying the compression forces indicated by the technician. Meanwhile, the machine measures the displacement of the pressure plate by means of a linear encoder with micrometer precision and the force with a load cell.

Safe Load TT equipment is characterized by including intuitive controls that, through a touch screen, allow easy testing and control of all variables. It also includes different preset testing modes:
