The innVision PRO is a leading and unique program in the market applied to transport simulation technologies to measure and analyze the deformation of the unit load.

The system includes a high-speed artificial vision camera and software that automatically records and analyzes the deformation experienced by the load when accelerated or decelerated on a horizontal stability tester.

Thanks to its high-speed software, the system registers and analyzes the results in real time, generating an automatic report with photos and videos which shows the deformation of the load unit at each stage of the test.

This innVision PRO can be used both as part of personalized tests and when performing international standards, such as the EUMOS 40509-2020, used to analyze the rigidity and stability of the unit loads to achieve safe transportation. This standard requires the load’s deformation to be measured after the test (permanent deformation) and during the test (elastic deformation).

EUMOS Report Generator

The EUMOS Report Generator, developed by Safe Load Testing Technologies, is a tool able to create an official EUMOS report from the data recorded and analyzed by the innVision PRO.

The report is generated in line with the standard EUMOS 40509 and provides identification, traceability, safety, and all information related to the stability and rigidity of the unit loads.
